Thought it was about time we caught up with everyone, hope everyone is well.

We will be back at Failte on the 11th, 12th and 13th of March to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Technically it's a little early but since it actually falls on a Wednesday this year, we'd much rather do it up on the weekend than the middle of the week. We know how hard you all go at in the crowd and we wouldn't want your employers going out of business due to many sick days taken on Thursday the 18th. ;)

Travis and myself (Kevin) happened to meet up just before Christmas in Halifax, which gave us the chance to show our wives the old stomping grounds. We were lucky enough to have McGinty ask us to sing a song on stage. Many thanks to the waiters and waitresses at The Lower Deck, who performed their job so well, I forgot the first two verses of Barrett's Privateers, a most humbling moment for me. I managed a quick recovery though, and Travis and I joined McGinty on stage again for the last songs of the evening. Many thanks to John, Don and Dave for being so gracious and for putting on an excellent show.

First time on stage at The Lower Deck - thanks to McGinty!

New Year's was a blast. The food was great, the drinks were flowing and the crowd was fantastic. A lot of dancing going on out there. It was a great way to start off 2004.

Counting down to 2004...

We also played on the Friday and Saturday following, and got to catch up with Jon which was nice. I also happened to see him when he was in Phoenix in late February. Put on a great show and is doing well.

We're not currently booked for any more dates in 2004, but I'm pretty sure we'll be playing again during the summer and fall. Check back here for updates, and remember, if you want to be added to our mailing list, send an e-mail to thekitchenparty@cox.net with "Mailing List" in the subject line. This is a great way to keep up to date on the latest happening's in Kitchen Party land and I highly recommend you sign up for it. You won't get any spam or anything like that so no worries.

See you in a week and a half for some green beer!!!
